- Is this pair returnable or replaceable?
Shuz Touch dance heels are not returnable however size can be replaced within 2 days from the date of delivery. If you want to get your pair replaced please order a new pair and send your previous pair to our office address , either you can pay for your new order and claim refund when we receive your old pair or you can wait for the dispatch to take place on reaching your existing pair to us. We have instructions on how to measure your size and the size chart for our listings here . In case of size replacement the logistics for the same will be paid by customer.
- Are the knitted heels washable ?
Knitted fabric heels can not be machine washed or laundered but can gently be wiped with a wet cloth. The upper or the fabric part of the heels can be soaked in water.
- Do these heels come with an ankle support?
Yes, there is a steady support within the fabric's lining at the ankle and the peep-toe area of the knitted heels.
